We warrant to the purchaser of each new Moli International product that any part thereof which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase for use, or as otherwise specified in individual product warranties, will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Any defect in such an appliance should be brought to the attention of the dealer from whom it was purchased, or a designated servicing distributor, who will be authorized to furnish or arrange for repairs or replacements within the terms of this warranty.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other obligation or liability in connection with said appliance. This warranty does not apply, and no warrant either express or implied shall be applicable, (a) outside the boundaries of the United States, Hawaii, or Alaska, (b) to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse, or (c) if the serial number affixed to the appliance by the manufacturer shall be removed, obliterated or defaced.
Products shall cover material or workmanship for a period of One (1) year from the date of invoice, and shall be null and void with misuse, abuse beyond reasonable wear for which products were designed and manufactured for; or failure to comply with warnings embossed on products. Liability for same shall not exceed selling price of products or part thereof at any time.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
Prior authorization must be obtained to return all equipment. Authorized returns for credit must be prepaid, with credit to be based upon invoice price less 25% restocking charge. Credit is in the form of a credit with Moli International to be used on future orders. Refurbishing, if necessary, will be an additional charge and will be deducted from any authorized credit that may be allowed.
All items are F.O.B. Denver, Colorado.
1. Orders will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Price protection for future shipping must be obtained from the factory in writing.
2. Orders for non-standard items or finishes will not be accepted without prior written approval.
Notify Carrier in event of damaged shipments, whether apparent at the time of delivery or concealed damage discovered after unpacking. File any complaint with the Carrier, not the factory. Our responsibility ceases when the shipment is delivered to and accepted by a reliable Carrier.

Discounts and incentive programs are subject to prior approval by Moli International and its management.
$5.00 Handling charge will be added to all drop shipments not delivered to the bill to address.
